By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase goods subject to these Terms.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may be subject to sales tax based on your location.
Payments are processed through our secure payment processor. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and Square.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout, and you will be responsible for paying these fees unless otherwise stated.
We aim to ship orders promptly but cannot guarantee delivery times, as they depend on third-party shipping carriers.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

Shipping Rates: We offer flat rate and weight-based shipping options depending on your location and order size.

5. Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30 return window from the date of delivery for products that are unused and in original condition.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is inspected.
Eligibility: Items must be returned in new, unused condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items: Sauna tents, stoves, and cold plunges are not eligible for returns once used.
Return Process: Contact us at support@tryhof.com to request a return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged during delivery.
Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned items that are not defective or damaged.
6. Warranty
Warranty Coverage: Our products come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If your sauna tent, stove, cold plunge, or chiller has an issue, please contact us within the warranty period.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
Claims: If you experience a defect, please reach out to us at hello@tryhof.com with a description and photos of the issue, and we will guide you through the warranty process.3. Refund Policy
7. Limitations of Liability
Hof Wellness is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our products or services. We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to injury, loss, or damage to personal property.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida. Any legal action must be brought in the appropriate court in Broward County, Florida.
